How long does shipping take?
Standard domestic orders are processed within 1-2 business days and typically arrive within 3-5 business days. International shipping times vary by location but usually range from 7-14 business days.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, intimate apparel and earrings cannot be returned.
How do I find the right size?
Each product page features a detailed 'Size Guide' button. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing it to our chart, as our contemporary cuts may vary slightly between collections.
What payment methods do you accept?
SERREMO accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also offer interest-free installment plans through Klarna and Afterpay.
Are your materials sustainably sourced?
We are committed to ethical fashion. 80% of our current collection is made from organic cotton, recycled polyester, or Tencel, and we work exclusively with manufacturers who guarantee fair labor practices.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 60 minutes of placement. After this window, our warehouse begins processing and we are unable to make changes, though you can still initiate a return once the package arrives.
